From being a patient who once lived with chronic spine issues to becoming a sought-after integrative healer, Dr. Sunil’s journey has been anything but ordinary. What began as pain turned into purpose a restless quest to find answers that conventional surgery and medication could not give him.
Instead of settling, he chose to explore. His path first took him deep into Ayurveda and Yoga in Kerala, where he immersed himself in age-old therapies, breathing practices, and bodywork that restored vitality from the roots. Still searching for more, he traveled across India to naturopathy centers and ashrams, learning the art of healing through food, fasting, hydrotherapy, and detoxification.
But Dr. Sunil didn’t stop at traditional Indian systems. His curiosity carried him beyond borders. In South Korea, he studied deep needling techniques and integrative pain therapies that combined precision science with ancient meridian knowledge. From there, he expanded into the field of the mind diving into Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), training under global experts who taught him how thought patterns influence healing.
Parallelly, he spent time with modern clinicians and researchers, mastering diagnostic sciences, biomechanics, and rehabilitative medicine, ensuring his work was as evidence-backed as it was holistic. Along this journey, he learned not just from doctors, but from monks, therapists, and everyday patients each teaching him something about the connection between body, mind, and spirit.
Decades later, this relentless pursuit of knowledge has allowed Dr. Sunil to blend worlds that rarely meet the intuitive wisdom of the East with the precision of modern science. Today, he brings all of this under one roof, offering patients more than treatment a chance to heal naturally, live pain-free, and discover balance in body, mind, and spirit.
